My Story
My Journey
Today I serve as a multi-unit salon leader, mentor and content creator, while continuing to work directly with guests I love, but my journey in the beauty industry started with a simple love for hair at the tender age of 14 years old, and quickly grew into something deeper. I am a Tricoci University of Beauty Culture cosmetology school graduate. I've been licensed since 2011. My passion is color, curls and coils.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow not only as a stylist, but as a leader, mentor, and educator. I've built my career around helping others feel confident, both in my chair and within my team, and that purpose is what continues to drive me every single day.
​
I joined Hair Cuttery in August of 2019 as an Assistant Salon Leader in training and was promoted to Salon Leader by July of 2020. In April of 2022, I expanded into multi-unit leadership and currently lead two salon teams with a combined total of 21 salon professionals while also mentoring two salon leaders.
​
Leadership has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my career. I'm passionate about developing teams, creating positive salon cultures, and helping others grow both personally and professionally. While I still love being behind the chair and working directly with guests, I also have long-term goals of continuing to grow into district or regional leadership within the beauty industry
​
I'm deeply passionate about education, growth, and continuously evolving both personally and personally. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management as well as an MBA and I regularly invest in advancing my technical expertise and leadership skills by attending industry education and training throughout the year. I genuinely love learning, and that passion has played a major role in inspiring me to build my personal brand and continue expanding my career beyond the chair.

As a naturally creative person, I've also discovered new outlets for storytelling and self-expression through writing and content creation. From developing my blog to creating The Chair Diaries comic series, I've found so much joy in blending beauty, humor, education and real salon experiences into content that connect with people in a different way.Â
​
At the heart of everything I do, whether it's behind the chair, leading a team, Mentoring others, or creating online, my goal is always the same: to inspire confidence, encourage growth, and create meaningful connections through creativity, education and authenticity.Â

What truly sets my approach apart is the guest focused experience I create. I believe your time is in my chair should feel like therapy, relaxing, empowering, and completely personalized.

I specialize in working with women and men who want to feel polished but still natural - whether that's enhancing your natural curls, creating soft dimensional color or giving you a blowout that carries you through your week.Â

Beyond the Chair
When I'm not behind the chair creating lived-in color, curly transformations, and helping guests feel their absolute best, I'm usually spending time with my family, planning my next vacation, or diving into one of many favorite hobbies.

I'm a wife, a mom, and a proud cat mom to three very spoiled cats. Outside of the salon, I love anything that helps me recharged and stay inspired. Whether that's traveling to new places, getting lost in a good book, listening to podcasts, or relaxing with a true-crime doc or a scary movie. My favorite holiday is Halloween and I love all things spooky.

I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and proud Hufflepuff, so don't be surprised if there's always little bit of cozy magic mixed into my personality.Â

Lately, Ive been focusing on my fitness and wellness journey. Finding balance, building healthier habits, and learning that self-care goes far beyond just great hair. That mindset is something I bring into my work behind the chair too: helping people feel confident, refreshed, and more like themselves when they leave my salon chair.
